WHAT ABOUT NOTIFICATIONS? WILL BE NOTIFIED OR NOT? WHAT IS THE EFFECT OF BIFURCATION ON THE UPCOMING NOTIFICATION? READ THIS ARTICLES TO CLARIFY YOUR DOUBTS .
I would like to through light on the aspects to clarify the doubts of my friends regarding new notifications and bifurcation of the existing employees in the united state.
I can say NO NEED TO BOTHER ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYMENT IN THE NEAR FUTURE after the states are formed. It will not effect the government employment as it will effect the private employment especially for Seemandhra candidates.
Consider an example : Take Education Department , here 10lakhs plus employees are working and also pensioners but there are a few candidates considered to be effected , may be they are 500 in number. Because recruitment is on the basis of district as a unit hence there are a few candidates to be effected who are working at HODs , state as their recruiting unit. The same case will be applicable for other employees also. So need to bother about that. OBVIOUSLY IT WILL INCREASE THE NUMBER POSTS TO BE FRESHLY NOTIFIED AFTER BIFURCATION OF THE STATE. Let us see how it may happen. If the employees of state as a unit and are working at HODs are divided in the ratio of population , and , say it is 60% in Seemandhra and 40% in Telangana then these both figures must be increased to 100% and 100% respectively in both the States. Think analytically to understand this.

Mainly bifurcation effects Group1 notification only and also some posts under Group2 , like ASO , JA at HODs etc..
Steps ahead we have to wait for are :
1) Gazette notification announcing APPOINTED DATE for the new states.
2) Dividing employees , assets etc...
3) Appointed date to be come into force
4) Recognition of required posts . It will follow the reports of Heads of the departments requesting for new recruitment
( indents )
5) Clearance by Finance Department and approval of Cabinet (CM)
6) Announcement of the notifications

One of my friend recently completed his certificate verification for group2 and he is waiting for the offer,does bifurication,election code & gezit note effect his offer?

Wait till the s governments are formed in both the states. It will take few more months to release the notifications.till then continue ur preparation
All the candidates who gave attended for certificate verification won't get jobs. They , actually send call letters to more number of candidates than that of vacancies. Know whether he is one of them of excess. If not , no other things will stop him from getting posted
