DETAILS OF I.R. : EXAMPLE AND EXLANATION : KNOW HOW THE SALARY WILL BE EFFECTED AFTER I.R

    DETAILS OF I.R. :
    EXAMPLE AND
    EXLANATION : KNOW
    HOW THE SALARY WILL
    BE EFFECTED AFTER I.R.

IR (below 35%) anouncment may be
on 2nd Nov by CM as DIWALI gift

29ani first leak chesaru ( its government decision)  . but ninna unions leaders nundi messages vachaayi 35% below ani. may be union leaders are confident about that and of the opinion the IR may not be less than 30%.

IR means INTERM RELIEF which is to be given to government employees before giving FITMENT BENIFITS if the old PRC already expires and  new PRC has to be implemented.

Now 9th PRC expired on 1-7-2013 and new PRC has to be implement immediately but not happened due to political turmoil in our state( in nevertheless cases it would be implemented immediately , so,  its a common thing the government drags it for some months)

As the fixation of pay ( 10th orc) didn't happen on 1-7-2013 , government has to announce INTERM RELIEF and if PERCENTAGE OF FITMENT is more than the PERCENTAGE OF INTERM RELIEF then the areas will be given to the employees.

I would like to explain you all with an example:

Consider an employee of basic pay 11860 .
    DA was 54.784% on 1-7-2013.

if the IR is 30% then he will be paid

    (BasicPay11860)+(DA54.784%+IR30%+HRA12%)= 23338.5824 rupees.

It is GROSS SALARY. Net salary would be of some amount less after deductions.

HRA slabs may vary : at present they are 12,14.5,20%.

Government has to implement 63.344% DA

CLARIFICATION ABOUT THE RELEASE OF NOTIFICATIONS

CLARIFICATION ABOUT THE RELEASE OF NOTIFICATIONS FROM THE APPSC .. EXPLANATION ON RECENT NEWS ON THIS ISSUE: & RELATED

I would like to explain u my dear friends who are waiting for the APPSC notifications and felt happy with the recent news about the notifications, but, there is one more thing u have to notice is GOVERNMENT HAS NOT GIVEN ANY REPLY TO THE LETTER WHICH HAD BEEN SENT FROM THE APPSC TO THE GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH and I noticed one more thing I.e. most of the aspirants are thinking that the government had replied the letter from the APPSC. This is not so. That's y I wanted to share this with u guys. Dont be disappointed with this post because there are chances for notifications before president's rule or election code effects .

And one more thing, I would like to share infirmation from a reliable source that the APPSC has not received the indents ( roaster points: zonal wise) from all the departments from all the districts. It has been effected due to APNGO strike in coastal Andhra and Rayalseema and it takes few more days after calling off the strike.
So be ready with ur preparation and I suggest every aspirant not to give up the preparation.

ALL THE BEST. thank u. :)

Flagship programmes – a new thrust during the 12th Plan

Flagship programmes – a new thrust during the 12th Plan One area that attracts due attention during the 12th Plan period is more effective implementation of f lagship programmes. The 12th Plan document of the GoI highlights that there is a proliferation of centrally sponsored schemes over a period which led to poor implementation, duplication, lack of convergence and sub-optimal results and stressed the urgency of transforming the system and considerably reduce the number of schemes. The Central Government plans to restructure the Centrally Sponsored Schemes in the light of the recommendations of Dr. Chaturvedi Committee where the State will have flexibility to utilise 20% of these funds to formulate schemes suiting State specific requirements
